Quality Improvement Lead (Special Education)
Are you an experienced leader in special education with a passion for driving quality and excellence? Do you want to make a real impact on the education of children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs ?
We are looking for a Quality Improvement Lead to support a portfolio of specialist schools across the Midlands and North-West England. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence and enhance best practices, teaching standards, and student outcomes across a number of schools.
🔹 The Role
As Quality Improvement Lead, you will:
✔ Lead and implement quality improvement strategies across multiple schools
✔ Support and develop staff to ensure the highest standards of teaching and care
✔ Work closely with school leaders to enhance educational outcomes for children and young people with ASC and SEMH needs
✔ Ensure compliance with regulatory and inspection requirements, driving continuous improvement
✔ Champion best practices and innovative approaches in special education
📍 Location:
This role works on an agile basis, combining working from home with regular visits to schools in the Midlands & North-West England.
💼 Salary & Benefits:
✔ Up to £72,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We’re looking for someone who:
🔹 Has experience in special education leadership, quality assurance, or school improvement along with a detailed understanding of the Ofsted framework
🔹 Understands the unique needs of students with ASC and SEMH
🔹 Has a track record of driving high standards in education settings
🔹 Can work collaboratively with school leaders and multi-disciplinary teams
🔹 Is passionate about enhancing learning experiences and outcomes
