Job Title: Systems Engineer
Location: Peterborough - 3 days hybrid working
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 (D.O.E)
Yoh is working with a global engineering company, aiding in the expansion of their systems engineering function. They are looking for experienced Systems Engineers or candidates looking to make the next step in their career.
This role offers an exciting opportunity within a growing and established business specializing in clean energy and industrial gas markets.
This role would suit a systems engineer with a strong understanding of systems engineering principles, with knowledge of working in a regulated field. The ideal candidates will have experience in the Oil and Gas or Power Generation industries, with knowledge of high-speed rotating machinery.
Responsibilities include:
1. Develop systems architecture and design, adhering to customer requirements, standards, and legislation.
2. Oversee all lifecycle phases, including installation and commissioning, with a focus on high-speed rotating machinery and control systems.
Required skills & experience:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably in Oil & Gas or Power Generation, but all experience will be valued.
2. Experience with requirements management and systems, ideally using DOORS.
3. Experience working to industry and regulatory standards.
