Responsibilities:\nâ¢\tAssist Install team with EPoS system builds\nâ¢\tVisit client sites to repair / fault find and swap out I.T / EPoS hardware\nâ¢\tProgramming EPoS applications to clientâs individual requirements\nâ¢\tProvide our clients with operational advice and support via telephone, internet, and e-mail\nâ¢\tProvide our clients with training, both on-site and remotely via telephone and internet\nâ¢\tAssist with on-site installations of new systems\nâ¢\tProvide âOn Callâ out of hours / weekend support cover (on a rota basis) Desired skills / experience:\nâ¢\tA general interest and knowledge of PC computing and Windows Operating Systems\nâ¢\tFamiliarity / knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, & Outlook\nâ¢\tConfidence - you should be resilient and able to think independently\nâ¢\tStrong interpersonal skills - confidence in communicating with customers\nâ¢\tA \
