PA/Secretary - Permanent - Full time - Up to £32,000 per annum - Chelmsford - own transport essential Based between the South Woodham Ferrers and Danbury office, my client are seeking a strong communicator with the ability to prioritise and with proven experience handling travel arrangements, minute taking, arranging meetings and providing full administrative support for senior staff. The successful applicant with have recent, proven experience working within a PA role, providing full support at Director level. Duties to include: Diary management Handling travel arrangements Arranging of and minute taking of teams meetings with some physical meeting attendance required (nationwide so availability of car and licence essential) Following up with staff/third parties of previously agreed tasks within timeframes Collating of information from the Company group Email account handling Full administrative support to the team as required Skills required for the PA: Recent experience working in a PA role Excellent MS office required Excellent communication, both written and verbal Strong organisational skills Attention to detail Ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple duties at any one time Additional information: 22 days annual leave Bank Holidays Based in Chelmsford - this is an office based position 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Pension Sage employee benefits scheme Free, onsite parking R45
