We're currently seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to help ensure that our team has everything they need to perform at their best. You'll be the 'go-to' person in the team, anticipating needs before they arise and playing a key role in managing daily tasks, events, and administrative support. If you're someone who is always a step ahead, able to see the bigger picture while keeping an eye on the smallest details, this role is for you. What we're looking for: Experience in fact-finding and delivering information to teams or individuals. Proven ability to manage your own workload, deliver tasks, and proactively drive innovation to improve services. Experience coordinating large teams or in demanding Personal Assistant roles. Strong administrative skills, including notetaking at key meetings and diary management. Experience in creating and maintaining highly efficient and organised environments. Experience supporting customer solutions and ensuring service delivery meets user needs. Experience within the housing sector is desirable but not essential. Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs. Strong numeracy and writing skills. A flexible attitude towards time and travel, with a demonstrated reliability.
