• Encourage students to explore different theatrical techniques, enhancing their understanding and appreciation of drama.
• Support the development and growth of the Drama Department, contributing ideas for curriculum improvements and extra-curricular activities.

About You:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
• A degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related subject.
• A formal teaching qualification with QTS (PGCE or equivalent).
• Experience teaching drama across KS3 to KS5, with a passion for cultivating students' creativity and love for the performing arts.
• Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
