Senior Marketing Manager, Tate Collective and Partnerships

Our 170,000+ Tate Collective Members, 140,000+ Tate Members, and 250,000+ email subscribers are incredible advocates for Tate, making up a large proportion of our visitors and providing crucial support for our galleries, helping fund exhibitions, new acquisitions, and access to the collection for all.
The Tate Membership team is responsible for delivering outstanding experiences for Tate Members, Tate Collective, and email subscribers across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Working across the four galleries and collaborating with colleagues across the organisation, we are responsible for delivering on ambitious targets for growing our email subscribers, retaining current Members, acquiring new Members, and maximising revenue and satisfaction. We are passionate about giving visitors and Members the best possible experience of art to build loyalty and deliver lifetime value.
You will bring to the role the experience of devising, planning, and managing the delivery of marketing strategy across digital and print channels. Experience in identifying, developing, and delivering high-impact partnerships is essential. Naturally collaborative, you can build trusted relationships quickly and bring people together to increase impact and efficacy.
With this experience, you will have demonstrable commercial acumen, excellent project management skills, and the ability to prioritise workstreams. You should work effectively as part of a team to deliver consistently high performance and individually to develop your own projects.
This position is offered on a 12-month maternity cover fixed-term contract.
