Leading international law firm based is looking for a new HRIS Analyst to work within their HR team to support all offices.
* Hybrid working available for Bristol office (2 days in the office / 3 days remote)

HRIS Analyst Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance and support of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
* Provide first line support in respect of all queries and issues raised by users
* Maintain employee data in the HRIS
* Create and maintain system documentation
* Generate reports and analyse HR data to support decision-making and compliance
* Develop a suite of self-serve reporting / dashboards to reduce the volume of ad-hoc requests Respond to third party data and information requests
* Collate people data in relation to bulk renewal of practising certificates and memberships
* Support the Reward & Benefits Manager with the production and analysis of data in relations to cyclical activity
* Draft communications e.g., system upgrades and annual leave carryover
HRIS Analyst Key Skills & Requirements
1. Previous HRIS experience, ideally SAP Success Factors
2. Highly numerate and analytical with advanced MS Excel capabilities (vlookups, formulae and pivot tables essential)
