We’ll provide the training and development opportunities to build your finance career. As Financial Operations Advisor, you’ll be responsible for the management of subscriptions and claims. You’ll work across multiple systems to ensure money is correctly reflected on our customers policies. This is a 12 month fixed term contract. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home at our Tunbridge Wells office, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues to ensure accurate information is given to customers. Accurate documentation, evidence and commentary for all internal and external reviews of subscriptions, claims and treasury controls. Update documentation to accurately reflect the current process, ensuring controls are working. Maintain various team mailboxes within agreed service levels ensuring complex queries are investigated fully. Maintain daily controls for subscriptions and claims. Resolve any urgent issues, escalating when required. Deliver month end requirements within agreed timeframes, including all postings and reconciliations. Work across the wider department and around the business to improve processes and to improve customer experience. Support the business on key initiatives and complete adequate testing, with any issues escalated to the project team or manager. Confident knowledge of MS Excel, comfortable writing formulas such as VLookUp and SumIf. Bookkeeping skills. Strong attention to detail and eager to learn and develop. Able to work across functions within a business. Contribute to continuous improvement.
