About the role
As an inspiring leader, you will shape the digital marketing strategy for our dynamic, growing business with a well-established reputation in our industry. Digital is core to our strategy across our D2C and B2B2C channels where we capture and convert prospects and leads via digital tools on our introducers sites and within our own digital estate.
Through your vision and drive, you’ll elevate our business and lead the way for MAB to continue our journey as we grow from a leader in the Mortgage Intermediary world, to a digital-first fintech organisation. You will be instrumental in driving this change in how we deliver and track digital tools and multi-site website, leveraging technology, customer insights and data to enhance our digital performance. You will support and guide your team to optimise how we manage our multi-site website powered by Umbraco, delivering results in higher quality and volume of lead generation and conversion.
About You
We're looking for someone with strong Digital Marketing experience within a commercial environment, with proven people and leadership skills. You're commercially driven with a track record in delivering measurable business growth through digital channels.
You are naturally curious and inquisitive with an ability to challenge the status quo. You can engage, influence and bring stakeholders on a journey with you to deliver strategic goals. Self-awareness with an understanding of the needs of others and able to flex style and approach to influence people is key, while leading cross-functional teams to collaberate.
You have expertise in managing multi-site websites, along with knowledge of SEO, PPC, and conversion rate optimisation and UX strategies. You are a confident practitioner with google tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and marketing automation platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-informed decisions.
