What the Job Involves As a Safeguarding Business Support Assistant, you will deliver a personalized, high-quality customer service experience by providing seamless local service delivery. Your responsibilities include timely and professional response to inquiries via various channels, accurate transaction processing, and management of bookings, paperwork, and payments. You'll produce documents and reports, manage stock control, record complaints, and update information systems to maintain accuracy. You'll prepare and distribute information packs, engage in service improvement initiatives, and support colleagues’ training and development.
