We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, caring and energetic person to join our Learning Support Faculty. The team is dedicated, positive, and friendly. You should be approachable, patient, and understanding to support identified students with special educational needs and/or disabilities to enable them to access the curriculum.
Duties include:
1. Promoting positive pupil behaviour in line with school policies and helping keep pupils on task.
2. Interacting with, and supporting pupils, according to individual needs and skills.
3. Implementing planned learning activities/teaching programmes as agreed with the teacher, adjusting activities according to pupils' responses as appropriate.

The Boswells School is a large 11-18 secondary school that serves the area of north Chelmsford. The school is an extremely popular, over-subscribed converter academy that enjoys an excellent reputation in the local and wider community. We were graded ‘Good’ in every area by OFSTED in February 2017 and are working towards our goal of becoming a truly great school.
