What will you be doing in this role?
* Provide user-support for self-enrolment process
* Provide user-support for users seeking technical assistance from IT Kiosk
* Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
* Training users in best practices
* End user client hardware delivery, lifecycle and replacement imaging/re-imaging workstations (tablets, desktops, laptops, iPhones)
* Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support
* Liaise with other Institution's service lines concerning to incidents resolution and requests fulfilment
* Pass on any feedback or suggestions by users to the appropriate internal channels
* Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team?
* Technical Proficiency
* Intermediate understanding of end-user devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones) running Windows OS and Apple iPhones/iPads managed via Intune.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
* Problem-Solving Skills
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
* Ability to guide users effectively through step-by-step solutions.
* Automation Skills
* Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for routine task automation.
* Proficiency in using Power Automate to develop workflows and streamline repetitive tasks.
* Capability to identify and implement automation improvements to enhance support efficiency.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
* Customer Service Orientation
* Strong user-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
* Demonstrated patience and empathy in addressing user concerns and resolving technical issues.
* Organizational Skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple support tickets and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail in documenting incidents, actions taken, and resolutions.

* Effective team player, capable of knowledge sharing and supporting colleagues.
* Willingness to collaborate in resolving complex or escalated issues.
* Additional Requirements
* Excellent customer relationship skills, with the ability to handle complex and sensitive interactions under pressure.
* Full proficiency in English is required; French language skills are an asset.
* Must hold or be eligible to obtain a NATO Secret Security Clearance (or national equivalent transferable to NATO).
* This position is essential to maintaining smooth IT operations, providing timely, efficient, and professional support to users across Microsoft 365 platforms and end-user devices.
