The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, your role will be to provide support and encouragement by taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.
They are an Independent Living service, specialising in providing a flexible, client-driven approach to care, health, and inclusion for people with a wide range of needs and living situations. Whether support is needed for an hour or two, or up to 24 hours a day, they help people get the most out of life and their local community.
