Job Description
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
* Coordinate employee training and development programmes
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and reports
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies
* Provide administrative support to the HR department
* Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries
* Participate in HR projects as needed
* Ensure compliance with all HR and company policies
The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment & Training Administrator should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or related field
* Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Knowledge of HR policies and best practices
* A proactive, solution-oriented approach
* Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
