Applications are invited for the post of Payments Assistant in the Department of Finance.
We are looking for an experienced payments assistant to join the payments team within the Finance Department. You will be the first point of contact for queries on payments from colleagues throughout the university as well as ensuring smooth and efficient processing of invoices and expenses. The payments team currently has 3 members and sits within the Finance department of 60.
You will need previous accounts payable experience, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Experience with using Agresso or Proactis is desirable, as are bookkeeping skills or other finance qualifications.
