Description
As the HR Advisor, you will report to the MD and take responsibility for the following areas:
Implement and maintain HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a seamless experience.
Support current and future business needs through employee engagement and development.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
support on all Employee Relations issues, up to and including dismissal
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
Profile
The successful HR Advisor should have:
CIPD, Ideally level 5
Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Consultant or similar role.
