We are now looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Success Manager to join their dynamic team and help elevate customer relationships to new heights. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships to ensure they have an exceptional experience with products and services. You will be the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring that customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. Your goal will be to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and overall success. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of any concerns. Collaborate with NPD, sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover opportunities for new products or further collaboration. Provide ongoing support, including training, product updates, and troubleshooting, to help clients get the most out of products. Analyse customer data and feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential upsell opportunities. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to communicate customer needs and inform product development. The ideal candidate: Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or client service role, preferably in the food manufacturing or related industry. A proactive, customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage high profile client accounts. Experience with CRM systems and customer success tools. Ability to collaborate across different teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
