Company: Live Nation Department: Customer Experience Location: Farringdon, London and occasional onsite working at festivals/shows Reports to: Festival CX Project Manager Working Hours: Full time with additional event working as appropriate Contract Type: Permanent Role Description Customer Experience coordinator is a key part of the planning for the Customer Experience projects, working closely with the Festival Customer Experience Project Manager. On a day-to-day basis, CX coordinator key responsibilities will typically involve maintaining project documentation, such as plans and reports; assigning tasks and controlling schedules; communicating the project’s progress to team members and other stakeholders; and updating the project’s budget. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Live Nation Customer Experience team, where we work across festivals and venues to enhance the fan experience at every touchpoint. A core aspect of our team’s mission is working with partners to elevate the experience while achieving financial success. The role will also involve various administrative tasks, including booking accommodation, accreditation, and travel arrangements. Who you are Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience Confident user of Microsoft Excel - you’ll need to be comfortable using basic formulae as a minimum skill level. More advanced skills would be an advantage Detailed project coordination / planning including joined up thinking Ability to delegate whist maintaining an overview of the team Experience with booking accommodation Ability to disseminate the correct information to all parties involved in the project. Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Contracting and managing services and staff Exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication skills Working under pressure and in pressurised situations Desirable Having prior experience working onsite at a festival would be advantageous Large scale events working Planning and adhering to a budget Negotiation and liaison with contractors Behaviours Respond to changing priorities and urgent situations with flexibility to adapt to different environments Strong ability to work on own and use initiative Confident to solve problems effectively and efficiently Ability to interact with staff across all levels of the organisation Bigger-picture and forward-thinking mindset What the role includes Achieving tasks, targets and deadlines outlined in the timeline and checklist Management of accommodation booking and liaison with all key hotels / staff to ensure staff know where they are staying and the hotel has a record of the booking Management of on site catering both in advance and on site Keeping the matrix up to date throughout the planning process Carry out any research and prepare findings in a comprehensive and concise format Attend regular department meetings and provide clear, concise updates to key personnel. Organise and attend meetings, providing minutes where necessary. Perform general office duties and offer remote support for Zoom meetings. Provide on-site support for events at UK and Ireland festival locations as needed.
