We’re working exclusively with a B-Corp-certified Investment Management Firm (c. £5bn AUM & growing) - who are looking for a top performing Business Development Manager or Business Development Executive from Investment Management or Financial Services. This is a fully remote role, with field-based client interaction a key part, and a team to bounce ideas/strategize with.
Base Salary:
* BDM - c. £75,000 (£100,000-£150,000 OTE)
* BDE - c. £50,000 (£75,000-£100,000 OTE)
The firm are market-leaders for their purpose-led investment propositions - spanning Private Credit, Energy Transition, Venture Capital, among others, with this role covering Tax Efficient Investment Propositions (VCT/EIS/IHT etc.).
They're looking for top performing sales-people - who have strong track-records either out-performing targets, or receiving solid recognition for their sales acumen in financial services. Their funds are performing exceptionally well and due to increased demand/level of business - they're looking to grow their Business Development/Investment Sales team.

The role itself offers the chance to build, maintain and grow relationships with Institutional Investors, IFAs, and Wealth Managers across the UK. Responsibilities cover cultivating relationships and generating new business through client meetings and outbound sales activity (LinkedIn, Email, Warm/Cold Calling etc.).
They're looking for someone with experience selling in financial services to take their investment strategies to market, but importantly, someone who'll thrive on the opportunity to re-build/grow the region.
