Job Description:
As a Care Worker, you will provide personal care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes. You will be responsible for delivering door-to-door care to individuals with varying needs, illnesses, and disabilities. Your role will involve a wide range of duties, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients while maintaining their dignity and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care: Assist clients with personal hygiene, toileting, continence management, and getting up in the morning or going to bed at night.

Medication Support: Provide assistance with medication, following the prescribed care plan and medication needs assessment.

Daily Activities: Prepare meals and beverages, adhering to clients' preferences, dietary needs, and cultural requirements.

Domestic Support: Carry out light household duties such as housework, laundry, and other tasks as specified in the care plan.

Health & Safety: Observe health and safety regulations, ensuring the safe environment for clients and reporting any concerns to the Field Care Supervisor.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care and medication provided, ensuring all information is logged correctly and up to date.

Additional Duties: Perform any other care-related duties as requested by senior management within the scope of your role.
Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in care work is desirable, though full training will be provided.
*
Skills & Qualities: A caring and compassionate nature, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients. You must possess good communication skills, be reliable, and demonstrate a positive attitude in all aspects of your role.

UK Driving License or Access to a Vehicle: You will be required to travel between client locations, so access to a vehicle or a valid UK driving license is needed if you wish to use the company vehicle. Mileage will be paid if using your own vehicle.

Location: Ideal candidates should be based in or near Hereford (HR1, HR2, and surrounding areas).
