We are looking for a well-organised individual to ensure an effective business support service is provided to our stakeholders and customers within Planning and Building Standards.
Duties of the post include:
1. Handling and processing manual and computerised information.
2. Production and analysis of reports to deadlines.
3. Document production of letters and reports using templates within computerised systems.
4. Communicating with internal and external customers including members of the public.
Essential experience includes:
1. Maintaining and updating records.
2. Liaising with internal and external agencies.
3. Working with a range of software packages.
4. Working in a deadline-driven environment.
5. Delivering a high standard of service to internal and external customers.
6. Strong communication and organisation skills.
Desirable experience includes:
1. Systems such as Uniform, Document Management systems, GIS, and Microsoft Office packages.
2. An SVQ level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
