Job Description
Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Technology Support Analyst to join the established IT team of one of our global law firm clients on a permanent basis at their stunning London office. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of PC hardware and software, including imaging, installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading systems. Your strong analytical skills and ability to handle multiple priorities will be crucial in this high-pressure environment. Please note this position will be working a 10am – 6pm shift.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st line phone support for the Global IT Service Desk.
* Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous service on all customer requests.
* Troubleshoot and resolve desktop computing issues.
* Assist with conference technology setup and support.
* Document new findings, solutions, and processes.
Qualifications:
* Computer Science or Technical qualification.
* Proven experience in a professional services environment; law firm experience preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* A+ and/or Microsoft certification desirable.
* ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
Technologies:
* Proficient in Windows 10 OS, Microsoft Suite, Zoom, WebEx, Skype for Business, and Citrix.
* Knowledge of iOS setup and troubleshooting, networks, and VOIP systems.
