What you will do
This is an autonomous role within the Fire Service team for an experienced and commercially driven fire systems engineer to deliver additional chargeable revenues from our existing customer base. You will identify deficiencies to the BS/FIA standards and/or upgrade opportunities, provide quotes, and deliver the solution into customer sites. You will also carry out take-overs in the region utilizing your skills to ensure the sites & systems can be onboarded in a compliant state. Opportunities will be passed to you from within the existing fire team too. This is not a sales role; it is a service engineer role focused on building relationships and delivering additional service revenue across the region.

How you will do it
* Provide excellent customer service to exceed the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
* Service the appropriate systems, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.
* Ensure your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritized correctly.
* Correctly complete engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA certificates, or checklists as appropriate.
* Identify deficiencies and recommend solutions to end users. Proactive service recommendations.
What we look for

* Experience within the fire & security industry
* Driving license
* Ability to lift and climb ladders
* Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment
