Position: Office Manager Location: Portsmouth (Initial travel required) Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience) Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday) Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations and manage administrative staff. Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency. Assist in budget management and financial reporting. Entering data into accounting system (Xero) and assisting with payroll. Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and events. Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee records management. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Experience: Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Packages. Experience with accounting software Xero.
