We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as a Purchase Ledger Data Entry Clerk based in Falmouth.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering purchase ledger data into our system. Your primary focus will be on recording and maintaining the financial transactions related to purchases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Pay Rate:
* £12 p/hour
Working hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 08:00 - 17:00
Responsibilities :
* Accurately input purchase ledger data into the company's accounting system.
* Verify and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
* Ensure that all transactions are properly coded and categorised.
* Maintain organised and up-to-date records of all purchase-related documents.
* Collaborate with the purchasing department to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
* Assist with month-end closing activities as needed.
* Follow established procedures and protocols to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
The Candidate:
* Previous experience within Purchase Ledger.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
