What is it like being a Hygienist at Rodericks Dental Partners?
As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll be the caring and empathetic specialist on dental hygiene. This key role will help us expand our reach and grow our services. You will prevent and treat periodontal disease and promote good oral health, becoming the community authority that existing patients trust and new patients seek.
Improving lives through quality dentistry – together.
At Rodericks Dental Partners, we are committed to improving lives through quality dentistry by rewarding you financially and personally as you develop your career through great incentives, recognition, and opportunities.
Genuine career progression
With your existing skills and experience, you’ll play a key role in providing quality dentistry in your community. Your focus on report accuracy, understanding of the latest techniques, and ambition for improvement will help you develop in your role and beyond.
Talented, purpose-driven people
We have experienced leaders who are genuinely passionate about dentistry. We believe our reputation is only as good as our people, which is why we aim to create an environment where everyone can thrive, succeed, grow, and win together. Our 'progress from within' culture offers huge opportunities to move into Lead, Management, or Specialist roles.
Clinically led care
Following the merger of two great dentist groups in 2022, we are now well-positioned to build on a solid foundation and grow our footprint across the UK. The clinical freedom we possess allows us to choose the right solutions for each patient. If your ambition is to grow your skills and career, talk to us.
Community focus
Everyone is empowered to increase access to care locally. Individual practices have the freedom to do what is right for their communities and promote oral health through local education. Working with the team, you’ll help every patient understand their treatment options, and your passion for excellence will be evident in how you role-model and lead by example.
‘Win-together’ rewards
We have a rewarding pay structure and a range of ‘Win together’ rewards that recognize individual and team performance. Our focus on supporting life outside of work demonstrates our commitment to everyone and acknowledges their life pressures. Flexibility is a key focus area that supports childcare and other care commitments.
