Duties to include: Lead electrical maintenance and repairs across the site. Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment. Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and arrange repairs. Plan and implement maintenance schedules. Install and commission new machinery and equipment. Maintain an adequate stock of spare parts and consumables. Investigate and report root causes of equipment failures and recommend improvements. Perform daily and weekly equipment inspections (e.g., forklifts, lifting equipment, and batching plant). Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., LOLER and PAT testing). Provide training and coaching to staff on equipment usage and maintenance. What we are looking for: Qualified electrician with City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Electrical Installation and Maintenance or equivalent. Preventive and reactive maintenance in manufacturing/production environments. Experience with hydraulics (preferred). Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skills. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
