Knowsley Council is looking for a Culture Development and Events Officer (Events) to join their Culture Team. If you are passionate about culture and have experience in planning and delivering large-scale events and cultural activities, then this role could be for you. Experience could include delivering cultural events, developing and supporting cultural organisations and artists, activities, festivals, performances, public art, etc.
You will be expected to help embed and put into practice a culture of enabling, co-production, social growth, behaviour change, addressing inequalities, and service innovation, including the development and delivery of cultural events.
You will establish partnerships with key national, regional, and local organisations, including collaborative and cross-cutting ventures internally and with other agencies, local authorities, businesses, and community, voluntary, and faith groups.
