Business Management Systems Manager - South Wales With a focus on the design, manufacture and supply of aerospace equipment and systems within fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft, our client has two manufacturing units in the UK and is seeking a Business Management Systems Manager for their site in Cwmbran. This role will require direct working experience of operating within AS9100 / EASA Part 21G environments. The Business Management Systems Manager will have responsibility for developing and maintaining an effective, efficient Business Management System BMS which satisfies the requirements of AS9100, other standards which will benefit the business and all customer specific requirements. As part of this role, the Business Management Systems Manager will require involvement with key process owners across the business to ensure their processes are documented, maintained and adhered to. The Business Management Systems Manager will enable our Client to gain a competitive edge in the marketplace by developing and maintaining a robust BMS and associated processes which enable operational excellence. Key responsibilities will include: - Taking ownership of the BMS, working with all sites to create a common system which meets the requirements of AS9100, EASA part 21 G / 21 J and EASA 145, in addition to customer specific requirements. - Continually upgrade the BMS as business needs demand. - Work with the relevant process owners to ensure all functional and/or local systems and procedures are fully aligned to the global BMS. - Manage all aspects of certification/approval of the BMS by customers and 3rd party accreditation bodies. - Develop \'checks and balances\' and effective controls to ensure continued BMS compliance. - Develop and maintain an audit programme covering systems and processes internal and external. - Conduct audits, follow - up on corrective actions and continually improve the BMS and related processes. - Identify opportunities for improvement within the BMS and associated processes. - Work with the relevant process owners to implement improvements. - Develop and co - ordinate KPIs and associated improvement initiatives. - Develop and maintain a customer satisfaction process voice of the customer. - Establish and maintain effective reporting systems. - Co - ordinate corrective action reports, ensuring effective and timely closure and appropriate visibility. - Work with process owners and business leaders to identify training needs relative to all aspects of Quality. - Execute and/or support training. - Establish and maintain effective communication and learning campaigns. If you have a minimum of 5 - years\' experience with AS9100 rev C and EASA P21G within the aerospace sector, and have good working awareness of quality systems, process and policy/procedures along with Lead Auditor training / experience, then
