About the Role:-
As Registered Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Norwich branch, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and driving business performance. This is a hands-on role requiring strategic vision, people management skills, and operational expertise. Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Compliance
* Business Growth & Development
* Operational & Staff Management
* On-Call Responsibilities -Up to 1 in 4 weekends (with additional pay) and one weekday evening per week (subject to cover arrangements).
What We’re Looking For:-
* Previous Branch Manager experience - essential.
* Ideally, experience in a franchise environment (though not essential).
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for excellence.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Knowledge of the current UK care sector landscape and compliance requirements.
* The ability to confidently promote the branch and build client relationships.
