The Role The Project Manager will own projects from inception to execution, delivering standout experiential events for the likes of ASOS, Clarins & Footlocker with precision and impact. From creative concept development to logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination, this role demands strategic thinking, meticulous planning, and an eye for detail. Above all, it requires someone who can lead confidently, inspire teams, and build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Creative Development Develop compelling event concepts based on client briefs. Transform ideas into visual proposals, including mood boards and storyboards. Stay ahead of industry trends and engagement strategies. Planning & Coordination Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from brief to execution. Work closely with clients to refine goals and ensure seamless delivery. Source and manage materials, suppliers, and resources. Create and manage timelines, budgets, and risk assessments. Ensure health and safety compliance and secure necessary permits. Coordinate logistics, including transport, accommodation, and technical setups. Client Management Act as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction. Provide regular updates and manage expectations. Maintain budget control while delivering high-quality results. On-Site Event Management Lead setup, execution, and breakdown with precision. Troubleshoot in real-time to maintain smooth event flow. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards. Budget Management Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency. Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. Team Leadership Lead and mentor junior staff and freelancers. Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth project execution. Foster a collaborative and high-energy team environment. Post-Event Evaluation Conduct debriefs, gather feedback, and identify improvements. Provide reports on outcomes and lessons learned. Drive continuous improvement for future projects. What It Takes Project Management Expertise Proven experience delivering large-scale live events. Strong multitasking and deadline management skills. Experience managing budgets of £150k. Client-Centric Approach Exceptional relationship-building skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Leadership & Communication Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confidence in pitching concepts and presenting updates. Technical Proficiency Familiarity with AV equipment, lighting, and sound. Ability to read CAD drawings and understand design practices. Proficiency in Google Office Suite for budgeting and project tracking.
