We are looking for an experienced and dedicated to join our Peterborough based client in their Commercial Property team. Ideally you will have a background in legal secretarial work, particularly within commercial property sector, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritise your own workload.
Key Responsibilities: –
1. Provide full secretarial support to a team of Solicitors, Trainee Solicitors, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants.
2. Manage Commercial Property files from initiation to completion.
3. Prepare and process various legal documents, including Land Registry documentation.
4. Utilise digital dictation and case management systems efficiently.
5. Maintain excellent organisational skills, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within specified deadlines.
6. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
7. Use Microsoft Office products proficiently to complete daily tasks.
8. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring challenging deadlines are met.
You will be: –
9. Experienced in Commercial Property work and familiar with digital dictation and case management systems.
10. Highly organised, excellent attention to detail, and able to work under pressure.
11. Self-motivated, with a positive outlook and demonstrate enthusiasm for the role.
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
