Job role: Automotive Service Advisor - Main Dealer
Location: Lincoln
Salary: OTE (On-Target Earnings): £38,456 at 100% of target (with additional bonus potential)
Hours: 47.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday), plus 4 hours every other Saturday

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities Of An Automotive Service Advisor:
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring their vehicle service experience is smooth and hassle-free. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
2. Booking and Coordination: Schedule vehicles into the technical workshop, liaising with the workshop team to ensure work is completed on time.
3. Communication: Keep customers informed throughout the service process, including updating them on vehicle progress and making arrangements for onward travel.
4. Vehicle Handover: Ensure a smooth handover of vehicles after service completion, maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
5. Ongoing Learning: Stay up to date with the latest product knowledge through manufacturer-led training sessions.
6. Administration: Maintain organized and efficient administration, ensuring all records are up to date and in line with company procedures.
The Ideal Candidate For An Automotive Service Advisor:
We're looking for someone who is professional, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. The ideal Service Advisor will:

6. Experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred, as well as familiarity with Kerridge or other dealer management systems.
