We are looking for a Technician to manage the equipment registration process & support production by working with the engineering team to implement process improvements & product design changes.
This role will be working closely with the engineering teams to maintain production and development equipment within a highly regulated medical device company as well as supporting the engineering team with production and process improvements.
Renishaw is driving the future of stereotactic neurosurgery and targeted drug delivery by applying precision engineering to further the treatments of patients with a range of neurological conditions.
Responsibilities
1. Registration of new Production & Development Equipment.
2. Performing equipment preventative maintenance.
3. Arranging calibration from approved vendors.
4. Maintaining logs ensuring all equipment is fit for use.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies & industry regulations.
6. Support Engineering with production builds.
7. Execute protocols for development & new processes.
Key requirements
8. Relevant previous experience.
9. High level of attention to detail.
10. Computer literate.
11. Good organizational & time management skills.
12. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desirable requirements
13. Engineering based ONC/HNC.
14. Manufacturing experience.
15. Experience working in a regulate industry e.g. ISO9001/ISO13485.
