Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our multi-disciplinary PCN team which consists of 8 GP Practices, Clinical Pharmacists, Paramedics, Social Prescribers, Physiotherapists, Care Coordinators, Health Coach and Pharmacist Technicians. Due to the changes in the ARRS Scheme to introduce General Practitioners we are looking to expand our team by seeking to employ a highly motivated, newly qualified General Practitioner to work alongside our practices and PCN staff. PLEASE NOTE: This role is for Stockport East and South PCN and you will be employed by a practice within the PCN. The post holder will need to have full access to a car to enable full geographical working across Stockport East and South PCN (Hazel Grove to High Lane, Marple, Romiley and Woodley)and work flexibly to meet the needs of the PCN.
