Sales Administrator
Location: Cirencester
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Per Annum
Our client is a growing specialist engineering business that supports a range of markets including Formula 1, Motorsport, Oil & Gas, Pumps and Chemical processing. Due to continued expansion, they are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join them!
Sales Administrator Roles and Responsibilities:
* Dealing with customer enquiries
* Providing quotations to customers and obtaining quotations from suppliers
* Setting up part numbers, Bill of Materials and pricing for customer quotations in our ERP System
* Completing Order Reviews, Processing Purchase Orders and dealing with Suppliers including expediting and ensuring on-time delivery
* General administration to support the sales team as required
* Supporting with written procedure manuals for internal processes
* Supporting with Goods Inwards, Shipping and packaging as and when required
* Maintaining and purchasing of office supplies and other ad hoc tasks
The ideal Sales Administrator will:
* Have experience and be comfortable working with customers and suppliers
* Possess strong administration skills
* Have worked in an engineering/manufacturing environment
* Have good Microsoft Office skills and ERP usage experience (SAGE is beneficial)
* Hold a full UK driving license and own transport (due to location)
Working Hours:
* Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00 / Friday: 08:30 – 16:00
* Open to Flexi-time! 4-day working week. Part-time hours for the right candidate
