Your Opportunity
As a key contributor to our Finance team, you will:
1. Partner with Operations Directors and management teams to guide financial decisions.
2. Analyse financial performance across our parks, identifying risks and opportunities.
3. Deliver insights during weekly and monthly reviews, supporting strategic initiatives.
4. Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce universal performance reports.
6. Provide actionable recommendations based on your financial acumen.
7. Act as a critical friend, challenging decisions to foster a risk-intelligent culture.
8. Support financial and strategic initiatives, translating metrics into meaningful KPIs.
9. Present insights to senior management, influencing key business strategies.
10. Visit parks occasionally to maintain a direct connection with operations.
What We'd Like You to Bring:
1. A professional accounting or finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
2. Proven experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
3. A strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting.
4. Proficiency in data analysis tools and exceptional time management skills.
5. The ability to communicate complex financial concepts simply and effectively.
6. A proactive approach to identifying value-creating opportunities.
7. Leadership qualities to influence and drive initiatives without direct reports.
8. Experience in developing strategic financial plans aligned with business objectives.
9. Knowledge of the hospitality sector or multi-revenue businesses (desirable).
10. A commitment to integrity, engagement, and excellence in all financial dealings.
