We are seeking to appoint a motivated Estates Compliance & Projects Coordinator to join our growing multi academy trust focusing on compliance and estates projects.
Reporting to the Head of Estates, this is initially a 1 year fixed term contract. This key individual will contribute to the effective development of the trust's estates strategy by working closely with a multidisciplinary estates and facilities team to ensure a safe, efficient and effective environment over Laidlaw Schools Trust's growing portfolio.

To be successful in this role, you will already have some experience of managing small works projects, including managing quotes and awards, and monitoring works. You will also hold a health and safety qualification and have a good understanding of compliance in an estate’s setting.
We are looking for a key individual who has a positive outlook and interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders. You will need to be organised to ensure the trust's requirement for structure is reflected in managing policies and procedures. Adopt a holistic and integrated approach to risk management by using tools and technology to proactively mitigate potential risks and work toward sustained improvements to ensure the trust meets its health and safety obligations.
