Customer Service Advisor – Join Our Team in Salisbury
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our front-of-house team at our Salisbury site.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert support and ensuring a seamless, professional experience. Your passion for customer service will help build trust and confidence, reassuring customers that their vehicles are in safe hands.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the customer journey, from handling inquiries to resolving complaints.
* Scheduling customer bookings and arranging vehicle collections and returns.
* Providing fast, efficient service to both insurers and customers.
* Accurately maintaining customer records and building strong relationships.
* Updating computer systems and online portals.
* Handling inbound and outbound phone and email inquiries.
* Working towards team and individual targets to maintain service excellence.
* Ensuring high customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
* Assisting with moving vehicles on the forecourt when needed.
About You
We are looking for a customer service professional, ideally with experience in the automotive repair industry.
You will bring:
* Excellent communication skills – professional, friendly, and customer-focused.
* Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
* The ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
* Experience with administration and computer systems, such as MS Office.
