Due to continued growth, they are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join their team. What's involved for the Project Coordinator...
* Issue and reconcile purchase orders
* Update delivery schedules and check PODs from the site team
* Manage operational logistics
* Collate monthly stock takes from site teams and update client-facing spreadsheets
* Process invoices and pass them to the accounts team
* Update project information in company software
* Issue O&M information for review by the Contracts Manager
* Handle warranty/guarantee requests and ensure timely issuance prior to project completion
* Upload and track inspection reports
* Order, monitor, and off-hire access equipment as needed
* Create and maintain project files
* Coordinate booking for training, hotels, and meetings
* Monitor and update the company training matrix
* Request quotations from suppliers for specified products
* Perform general administrative duties as needed
