Role: Interim Finance Business Partner
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the reporting and performance of the management P&L against agreed targets.
* Manage the business planning processes to ensure robust business plans are developed for Corporate Divisions (Corporate Functions and Global Functions).

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
* Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW).
* Strong analytical mindset with a focus on collaboration, customer-centricity, and commercial insight.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to create and manage flexible financial models with various sensitivities.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Skilled at prioritising and managing tasks based on importance, complexity, and deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
* High level of personal integrity.
* Experience or knowledge of SAP systems.

1. Degree-level education.
2. At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
