Assist in administering medication (if trained and required). Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment in line with health and safety regulations. Build trusting relationships with service users, families, and colleagues. Requirements: Previous experience as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, or similar role (preferred). Relevant qualifications such as a Care Certificate, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable). Understanding of safeguarding, dignity, and person-centered care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
