Role Overview We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships and sponsorships. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, while also managing and strengthening existing relationships to deliver mutual value. This role will be key in shaping our partnership strategy and ensuring our collaborations align with IN4 Group’s goals. This role is 12 month fixed term with the potential to become permanent. Key Responsibilities Partnership Development: Identify and secure new business partnerships with organisations and sponsors that align with IN4 Group’s mission. Build long-term, impactful relationships with key stakeholders. Sponsorship Management: Lead the execution of sponsorship agreements, ensuring that both parties meet agreed objectives. Act as the main point of contact for sponsors, providing regular updates and maintaining high levels of satisfaction. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a partnerships and sponsorship strategy that aligns with business goals. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to optimise strategy. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong internal and external relationships to foster collaboration across all levels of the business and with sponsors. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure favourable terms for partnerships and sponsorships that align with both short-term and long-term goals. Event and Activation Management: Oversee sponsor and partner activations, including events and campaigns, to ensure maximum exposure and return on investment. HOST Key Asset Promotion: Promotion of key assets that exist within HOST, such as our newly renovated 6th Floor event space and meeting rooms, as well as our state of the art GameTech floor. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships and sponsorships. Use data to refine strategies and provide insights to senior management. Brand Representation: Represent IN4 Group at industry events, meetings, and conferences, expanding our network of potential partners and sponsors. Skills And Experience Proven experience in business development, partnerships, and/or sponsorships. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of building lasting business relationships. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders. A strategic mindset with experience in developing and executing successful partnership strategies. Strong organisational skills and experience managing multiple projects. Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities. Experience in event management or marketing is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing pressure while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
