Data Analyst
Peterborough, Hybrid (3 days a week working on site and 2 days working from home)
Initial 12 month contract, could be ongoing for the right person!
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

Are you skilled in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to drive insights for complex projects? Our client, one of the largest off-highway machinery companies in the world is looking for a Data Analyst to support large-scale New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. You will work alongside a fantastic team where you can make a real impact!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and evolve stakeholder reporting, including setting up and optimizing Power BI dashboards to support NPI programs, ensuring transparency and progress tracking
Perform in-depth data gathering, processing and modelling. Create data visualizations and presentations using PowerPoint for senior management
Present actionable insights to management, effectively communicating complex data points to drive strategic decisions
Work with a direct team of 5 analysts to streamline data analysis and extract insights from various systems, ensuring precise and timely reporting
What we are looking for:
Advanced skills in Alteryx, Power BI and Excel are essential (Tableau experience is a plus)
Ability in extracting and understanding data to present to Stakeholders
Proven ability in detailed data analysis and extracting data from multiple systems
Engineering experience would be preferred
Strong experience with PowerPoint for effective management presentations and stakeholder management
