Interim People Change Partner - Human Resources

Hours per week: 37 Monday – Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Role Length: This opening assignment is for 24 months
City: Devizes
This hybrid role enables work from home, with the requirement for meeting attendance with the operational teams. Ideally based in the South West to support this role.
As a People Change Partner, you will provide expert support to the Repairs and Maintenance leadership teams during a large-scale change programme. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end change management support, including restructures and TUPE transfers.
Your focus will be on effective engagement, cultural development, and impactful communication strategies. You will collaborate with the wider People team and operational leaders to drive positive change and enhance the colleague experience.
Key duties:
1. Ensure all consultation documentation for organizational processes is legally compliant.
2. Support and enhance employee engagement during organizational change, implementing risk-mitigation processes.
3. Collaborate with the Strategic Business Partner, internal comms team, and the business to create clear communication for organizational changes.
4. Assist leaders with organizational change processes, ensuring adherence to timelines and effective communication with colleague representatives.
5. Work with the L&OD team to identify, develop, and implement learning strategies related to organizational change, while driving cultural and people-focused improvements.
Key requirements:
1. Will hold CIPD Level 7 / HR Management Degree or equivalent related qualification.
2. Chartered MCIPD status.
3. Hold a full UK driving licence and will have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
4. Have a background of Workplace Mediation (ACAS or equivalent) and/or Restorative Practice experience.
5. Extensive knowledge of employment law and best practice.
6. Knowledge of Project Management disciplines.
7. Considerable experience in supporting leaders through organisational change.
8. Proficient level of IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
