As part of our dynamic education team, you'll work alongside some of the world's greatest hairdressers in a varied and creative role that offers a richly rewarding and successful future. You will create, execute, and deliver education to salons within your territory and in our Regional Venues. Reporting to the L'Oréal Professionnel Paris Northern Education Manager, you will work closely with the commercial Managers and Business Partners to ensure the quality of knowledge and service associated with the brand is conveyed to the salons.
You will:
1. Be an exceptional individual - a talented hairdresser and a self-motivated team player - who has previous experience of delivering education expertise within a salon or beauty environment.
2. Share our passion for inspiring others to maximize their performance through colour and retail.
3. Have flexibility, a full driving license, and the ability to consistently meet and maintain high standards.
4. Exhibit proven organisational skills and excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Be required to stay away from home and may be required to travel on a Sunday evening.
6. Set demanding goals and focus on quality as well as attention to detail.
7. Enjoy defining your own role and constantly look for ways to exceed your objectives.
8. Keep up to date with current trends, commercial and brand awareness.
9. Have a passion for haircare and skin care, understanding the importance of aesthetic quality and detail.
10. Focus and achieve targets/objectives set.
You have:
1. N.V.Q. Level 2 & 3.
2. Experience in delivering Technical Workshops, Presentations, and Classes.
3. Exceptional confidence and technical competence in cutting and styling.
4. Strong communication skills at all levels and experience of building relationships with clients.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, namely PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
6. An enthusiastic manner and ability to inspire, motivate, coach, and develop people.
7. Strong organisational skills, diplomacy, and patience.
8. The ability to work in an ever-changing and demanding environment.
