TheHuman Resources Co-Ordinator Role

Key Responsibilities and Duties
* To be responsible for all recruitment advertising within the hotel
* Administration of all new starter paperwork. Have an understanding of Right to Work requirements and ensure that all new applicants meet the required criteria.
* Carry out Hotel Orientations
* Deal with any employee relations issues and be the point of contact for welfare of staff.
* Accurately manage all local payroll within the hotel to meet payroll deadlines, ensure employees receive the correct pay, keep within budgets set and highlight any areas of concern to the hotel management team \ HR Director.
* Oversee all recognition and reward activities, team council meetings (TCM) and assist with team social events.
* Leavers conduct all exit interviews and highlight any areas of concern.
* HR Administration which includes keeping employee records up to date of any changes which take place during their employment.
* Completing reports on areas of responsibility as and when required.
* To manage all work experience activities within the hotel.Ensuring the students have a positive experience.All students to work through work experience programme and to participate in feedback at the end.
* When required to carry out/attend any grievance meetings in the hotel
* To attend any training and meetings as required as part of the role.
* To actively participate in any projects as required by the business
* To abide by Health and Safety Regulations as required by law.
* May be required to actively participate in the operations of the business as and when required to meet the needs of the business.
* Any other reasonable management requests.
