As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial future of this business You will oversee all financial aspects of the business, including strategic planning, international financial transactions, risk management, and operational efficiencies. This is a unique opportunity to contribute both technically and strategically to their continued success. You will sit on their senior leadership team and this role will include financial strategy and planning, foreign currency management, budgeting & forecasting, risk management, stakeholder management and operational efficiencies.
Our client will pay a competitive salary of £130 to 150,000 per annum plus bonuses and there is a real opportunity to make an impact and progress within the company.
To be considered for this role you should be a qualified accountant with proven finance leadership experience, such as Finance Director or CFO of an owner managed or family-owned business going through growth or transformation. You should have a proven track record of success within a retail, manufacturing or distribution business. The successful candidate must have experience with multi-currencies and a background within a business which trades internationally. Candidates will only be considered for this role who are living close to or willing to relocate to North Oxfordshire as this role will be based on site.
