About the Role:
* Full-time position, starting immediately (subject to a successful interview/trial day).
* Year-long contract, with opportunities to grow in the role.
* Work with students with a wide range of needs, including Autism, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) difficulties, and behavioural challenges.
* Provide 1:1 or group support, assisting in creating an inclusive learning environment.
* Learn valuable skills in SEND education with the potential to progress into teaching, pastoral leadership, or other rewarding career paths in education.
Who We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience with SEND is a desirable.
